Welcome to The Decorating Studio, Inc. We’ve been in business since 1989
and if that’s doesn’t speak volumes --- our senior designer has been in the
industry since 1977! We have four designers on staff and our Office Manager
keeps us organized and facilitates the communications between us and you!
At first, we only designed window treatments. But that wasn’t enough for many
of our clients. We have evolved so we can take an empty room and shape and
color it into an escape from the stresses and pressures of the outside world.
If you need window treatments, one of our designers from our Window
Fashions Division will come to your home, measure your windows, help you
select the perfect fabric and design your window treatment. If your project is
more extensive, our Design Division (www.TheDecoratingStudio.com) can
provide full service.
Many of our clients have “tried us on for size” with small projects and now we
are working on their third home! Our clients become part of our family ---- we
consider their lifestyle, each of their family members (including the family pet)
and their budget in developing an environment they will thrive in.
We’ve been told that we are not good at “tooting our own horn”. We have built
our reputation on our actions --- that is-- our quality performance and service
we provide each and every one of our clients. (We don’t seek publicity but you
may have seen us featured in The Baltimore Magazine or in The Baltimore
Sun.)
